We also represent condominium associations. Condo associations face a host of challenges in maintaining a well-run organization. Often, these challenges involve legal issues which are unique to condominiums.
Condominium association boards benefit from having an attorney available to assist with legal issues, such as:

Condominiums in Wisconsin are subject to the Condominium Ownership Act, which was the subject of major revisions in 2003. The Condominium Ownership Act is lengthy and somewhat complicated, and many lawyers are not well versed in its contents.
