He also regularly updates the Wisconsin Construction Lien Law Card, originally authored by Attorney Robert J. Kay, which identifies procedures that must be followed by potential lien claimants to preserve a valid lien on real estate. Bob also writes a quarterly newsletter entitled LAW NOTES addressing "What Every Insurer Should Know...", and he previously authored a newsletter addressing "What Every Employer Should Know...".

Personal: Bob previously served three years as Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Jaycees and three years as President of his condominium association. Bob has volunteered as an auctioneer for several years at the annual WHA auction. Bob married his wife, Brenda, in July 2000, and his son, Jordan, was born in 2004. In his spare time, Bob enjoys playing volleyball and softball.
